What to include

Your notice should include:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The Restash URL, username, or other information that locates the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward the notice to the user who saved the material and disable or remove it when the notice is complete.

Counter-notice

If your saved content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email dmca@getrestash.com with your contact details, the material that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts for your address (or the Northern District of California if you are outside the United States), and your signature.

Repeat infringement

We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
