Camera Roll is not a vault

People screenshot maps, Wi‑Fi codes, packing lists, brand refs, and DMs they “will need later.” Photos is chronological and noisy. Finding one capture means scrolling past hundreds of nearly identical frames.

What belongs in Restash

  • Travel: hotel confirmations, neighborhood lists, transit notes
  • Cooking: recipe cards, grocery lists, wine labels
  • Work: landing page refs, hooks, ad screenshots
  • Life admin: anything you would otherwise lose in Albums → Recents

If you would not want to find it again, do not vault it. Intention beats volume.

A clean capture habit

  1. Screenshot as usual when something is useful.
